Subject: automatic chemical mixing from bulk products

I still live in archaic times where nearly all of my chemicals come in 2.5 gallon jugs, or in totes that I use 5 gallon bucks to measure out and dump into the sprayer. I'm tired of it. with a 1200 gallon tank i'm loading 90+ gallons of product into each load by hand. Gets tiring.
I wanna set up a trailer where I can hook up 3-4 265 gallon totes (roundup, 2-4d, liberty, etc.) to pump into I guess an Eductor tank to measure it all out? So the tote fills the eductor, I'd then use a shutoff valve to cut on and off each tote when the eductor fills, and the suck it into the sprayer with either the sprayer's pump or a pacer pump. And then a water tank to flush it.

Is this a normal setup? If not what do you do? Anything better?
Any affordable premade kits?

I drew up in paint what I'm considering building. See any issues? Should cost more than a few hundred bucks. electronic valves would be the biggest expense if i wanted to get fancy.
I'd have it stationary on level ground. And use the markers on the eductor tank to measure out what comes out of the totes.
