Pittsburg, Kansas | A researcher, not medical doctor. This guy is one of my hero's and should be to every diabetic. His entire effort is almost exclusively on insulin and its effects.
That being said, even if you are not diabetic this interview is most interesting and informative even to metabolic healthy people.
I like his formal presentations a lot, but the interviews like this one he gets to go on tangents that let him give more of his personal opinions on a wider variety of subjcts.
This covers a wide range of topics that should be of interest of anyone who is interested in diet and associated health.
