Used car prices dropped almost 4% in March and marking a almost 10% drop over the last three months. They still have a ways to go after last year's run-up but it will start to become a huge drag on the inflation rate if we go a couple more months at this trajectory.
Used car supplies vs daily demand has increased for 3 straight months. If this is replacated again in May it could get ugly.
