Central Iowa | The other day I asked for my friend who was having problems with the unloading auger on his early F. Apparently, there was enough wear in the system that even though the auger would run fine empty, with grain in the tank it would kill the engine. He figured out that when loaded, the bottom auger was not making good contact with the long one. Some washer shims and some welding build up got it working again. Thanks to everyone who shared their ideas. | |
