King City, Mo | Anyone else looking at the cost of labor going up $3-6/hr where all the W2 workers are getting raises
Amazon advertising $20/starting
Hog meat processor $20 starting
Both have benefits and sign on bonuses
Aldi has a sign $16.xx to stock shelf
Maintenance man I know got a $6/hr raise. He was shocked.
So when do these guys driving tractors, sprayers and trucks start looking elsewhere as the working conditions and benefits are better?
