A Ag Talker that passed away from the Dakotas helped me get some traction with the factory and getting my problems resolved over fixing tractor when brand new. He was a wealth of information on machinery talk, combines, big tractors, etc. He knew an engineer at the factory and got the ball rolling for me. I'm sorry I can't remember his full name right now.
