north east IN | Dryer was shutting down every 15 minutes so it was raining today so thought we could check out the dryer. Got inside and took all the wire connections apart and redid them then checked out the outer box. Everything looked good and started the dryer up and it wouldn’t start so spent the rest of the day trying to figure out why not. Finally found a wire that got pulled out of the circuit board but all the 20 screws were tight but finally figured out where it went but could not get it to tighten down to hold the wire in finally doubled the wire over to make it a little bigger then it stayed in. Thinking that was what was wrong all along the wire would loose connection for a second and shut everything down. Started it up and it fired up so now see if it will keep running long term. Only took 5 hours | |
