N.E. OHIO | he brought it back today and said when the chisel was lowered it leveled and worked perfect. after unhooking the chisel we were looking at the 3 point hitch, he lowered it and the arms went down level till they touched the ground. never saw one that went that low. he raised it while i watched it and both arms went up the same until the cylinders were up by the top and then the left cylinder stopped and the right one went up like 5-6 inches, which would explain why the chisel was all whoperjawed, but what would cause this
