The power dump bed of my 900 Polaris ranger quit. I pulled the actuator off and it was full of water,rust,mud dirt grease etc.
Took everything apart and washed it all out good.
The springs that push the brushes on the 12V motor armature were rotted away.
I took a ballpoint pen apart use the spring in it to back up the brushes, hell yeah !! back in business …LOL
Some call it being cheap,I call it ingenuity!!
