East Central SD

Nearby basis levels in SD & ND at unprecedented historical levels.  Pretty strong sell signal IMO, at least on locking in basis, even if you don't want to lock in futures to final price yet.
Many clients bullish basis and futures in our region.  Many clients using HTA's and/or basis contracts to support their flat price trading/marketing plan in an effort to squeeze more revenue out of the market.
Good plan, but it may be time to take pause and reflect on values available today.
