Subject: Moisture Stress Riddle/Question


Indiana		Planted corn and beans may 18-24. Good rains in June thru July 15 then:
1.1” on 8.7 (23 days)
2.9” on 8.28-29 (21 days)
1.2” on 9.4 (7 days)

We have clay loam soils with approx 2.5-3% OM.

How much moisture stress did I have? And how would u expect to impact yield?

Both crops been no-till for past 8 years
