South Africa; Free State;Vrede | Interested in your thoughts. I want a drone to help me with a) stock theft, b) predator control, c) security surveillance d) crop inspection, e) general infrastructure surveillance.
The following specs I have in mind: It must be able to: 1) fly 6 miles out do surveillance for say 30 min and fly back. 2) be able to handle winds of say 30mph. 3) will mostly be used for night time flying. 4) has to have a good thermal camera. 5) must have the ability to lock onto a thermal image and follow it, to give me time to respond 6) want a speaker to talk to the person or predator and tell it to start running as he/it must be tired when i get there, ha ha, or to play gun firing sounds to deter it away from the stock.. 7) must have a spotlight that can also lock onto the heat signal and follow it to assist me in locating the thread and to allow him to run quicker and tire himself. Ha ha. 8) must be able to do stock counts with a high resolution photo. 9) have a bait launcher to use it for fishing in my spare time.
