North west MN | got a new computer (windows 10) a month or so ago. Lately the internet has been very slow at our farm we have 15 meg download service but when I check the speed it is like .3 meg down or so. It is slow on other devices too so I tried shutting down the new windows 10 computer and got all the internet speed back. Wonder where to start looking on this windows 10 machine to see what is taking up all my dsl speed. | |
