First noticed this in a video on Weather.com over the weekend. Snodgrass pointed this out on his daily email today but didn't have a prognosis yet as to how it might affect our weather. This is such a huge divergence from normal that I think its worth keeping an eye on. If anyone has any links regarding this issue and how it might affect North American Weather Patterns, please post.
