western mn | Wife is planning on making mac salad for this weekends get together event, and we started discussing about which type of cheese to dice up and add, she wants a cheddar cheese, and I said I'd go with a milder cheese like a mozzarella and my thoughts are that the sharper cheeses always seem to fight the sweet flavors added to the Mac salad and add a slight bitter taste, but maybe that's just me.. So what does everyone else add to the Mac salads, we have a few days till the weekend and maybe someone will give me another great tip on making our mac salad super... thanks Dan | |
