Subject: ez 500 settings on 65 cat??? help

first of all, got my first ez 500 last year on a cat 65, and was pretty happy with it. got another cat 65 this year so i tried the old ez guide plus and ez 500. both worked pretty well, so went and bought another ez 500. this one just doesn't seem to keep it online as good. usually 1-4" but occassionally up to 7" off(according to the screen). i just don't remember the old ez 500 hardly ever going more than 3" off. this is all according to the screen cause i am just trying to set it to stay on the green LED. this tractor does pull to the right, when when the steering is engaged it doesn't seem to be off more to one side than the other.
the test field wasn't real smooth, but not real rough either. i know it works better on smooth ground.
just looking for some quick pointers. the output was on the 5MHZ.
my wheelbase set at 60"
the things i adjusted most was the angle/turn, ended up around 12
look ahead 6 sec.
freeplay about .5"
aggressivness about 110%
WAAS system on auto select. steering motor on high.
i only messed with it for about an hour and a half, so maybe the satellite signal was goofy, but this shouldn't affect how the steering stays on the green line?
