Is this right I don't think we will be close to normal yields due to drought.


DESPITE DRYNESS Planalytics, which monitors crop conditions by satellite, estimated corn yield at 174.9 bu/ac, up from an earlier forecast of 174.3 and 172.0 last year. Most of Iowa is in drought but the firm estimated corn yield at 193.7. Planalytics put winter wheat at 52.7 bu/ac with Kansas at 51.1 vs 49.8 a month
ago. Its spring wheat forecast was 45.7 despite severe drought in the Dakotas and Montana, down marginally from a previous forecast of 45.9 and 49.7 in ‘20.
