Subject: About the data of USDA

I have read the report of "Agricultural Chemical Usage 2007 Field Crops Summary" in USDA. But I have several questions:
1) Are the Total Applied=Planting area*Area Applied Percentage*Rate per Crop Year?
2) Are Rate per Crop Year=Applications number*Rate per Application?
3) Are Total Applied calculated by different kinds of formulation? For example, in "All Cotton: Agricultural Chemical Applications", we can see Total application with Glyphosate amm. salt 85 tousand lbs and Glyphosate iso. salt 16,465 tounsand lbs. does that means there are 16,465 tounsand lbs. Glyphosate iso. salt and 85 tousand lbs Glyphosate amm. salt are used in cotton in 2007? Or both of them are calculated by glyphosate technical?
4) How much glyphosate are consumed in the USA in 2008? I can not find it.

Remark: the article can be found in
