we have been leasing out our pastures and ponds for dove hunting for years through a broker, and now we want to do it ourselves. I know he had the people sign some kind of release before leasing them the hunt. I am wondering if any of you guys have done the same? is there a standard form or do i need to hire a lawyer to write something up for me? thanks
