coast of Maine | I was pondering a bit about cooking dinner,as its payday and crews hit the road to town at 3,so I usually get a bit of semi solitude,What if ?So I shucked some oysters ,sauteed them a tad,cut up some squid into tiny rings and short tentacles,sauteed with copious garlic,made my usual elk meat and beef crust,put the egg and almond mix on and way too much sauce with some fresh basil chopped in,added way too much shredded mozzarella cheese,put the seafood on .then some pepperonis,kale,tomatoes,baked the heck out of it,turns out absolutely fabulous.Terrible mess in the oven if I had not put down the foil.I never believed that combo would be so great.You cant eat many slices at once.
