N FLA | As a ricochet Yankee I say I will keep working back north. I figured I would share this property with my stock talk friends, since I know I'm not ready for it and I see folks looking. Something about selling $400 calves just hasn't stuffed my mattress with cash.
Anyway I like the looks of this property. I don't suppose I will have a ranch to sell to springboard into this place.

It's inconceivable to me the acres/numbers that you guys share. I bet this property would be similar to our area, but grow more nutritions grasses both summer and winter.
