Subject: 32, 10 34, ATS turning into green gravy?

I have been running this mix for several days. Last couple of days, a 30 mesh filter will get covered in snot and won't flow anything until washed. Left applicator tank set 1/2 full for 2 days and stuff the consistency of a good thick gravy comes out.
Mix is 1/4 10 34 0, 5-6% ATS, rest of it is 32. 32 and ATS has been mixed for several days. 10 34 gets added when filling the tender.

What causes this?
