If this building was disassembled siting in piles on the ground what would it be worth then? Just curious.
Built about 1975. Galv. Chief building. 57 x 73 x 14.
Has a 26 x 14 door in one end.
Another 20 ft door at other end, but in the long side of the building at the other end of the building away from the 26 x 14 door.
Dirt floor. Over head doors. No insulation. Min. wiring. Has lights.
Resalable ?? 50 cents on the dollar ??
As much a building prices have been going up I thought it should be worth something to somebody even just for cold storage. | |
