S MN | Have a four wheeler sprayer thats been on the "rebuild" list for several years. Hoping to get around to it this year. Have both a Polaris Ranger and a Polaris 500. Sprayer has been on the 500 for years, have always wanted to put it on the ranger and ad a bigger tank. but the 4Wheeler is so much easier to maneuver. 25 ish gallon tank. I have everything i need short of booms (Current booms are junk).
What have some of you used to create your booms? If i had to guess we are around 7-8.5' boom width right now. Would love to get to 9-10" booms but obviously it needs to be strong enough. What is something you have used to create booms, to make them strong, durable, light, foldable? (They can fold to the rear thats fine).
