| We have a J&M grain cart that had several holes developed in the upper unload tube this fall. Cart has had a lot of grainnthrough it , had put a liner in the lower tube before harvest last fall, so wasn't surprised. Ordered a new upper tube & brought the cart into the shop this week to replace the tube. Put the new tube on but couldn't get the hyd cylinder to hook up. Compared tubes & found the weldment that the hyd cylinder pinned tube was different not allowing the pin to go thru. Called the dealer & they said to call J&M. Called them yesterday afternoon, sent pics of the problem area. 10:00 this morning AJ & another employee pulled in with a new tube. 3 hr drive to get here.They confirmed the weldment was welded on wrong. By 1:00 they had tube off and one they brought on, put everything back together, & test ran it to be sure everything was aligned.
This is the 2nd time they have been here to work on the cart. First time was right after we bought it new. Not many companies would go this far to correct a mistake. I figured they would replace the tube butwe would have to do all the work. Didn't expect them to come the next day & do everything.
