Sunflower State
Quite some time ago I posted about being tired. I brushed it off to aging, only 36 but a pile of goo around the house. Not that I am over weight. At 6'2" and 165 I like to consider myself aerodynamic and completely out of shape.

For Lent I told myself I would exercise. It finally happened when a friend offered to let me join him when he started a new exercise program. Going on a three weeks now and I have not felt better. Pretty sleepy during the day as we meet at 5 am and go balls to the wall for an hour and a half. Cardio and weights. My goal is to put on 10 lbs. This program runs 90 days and I am seeing results already. And I can mostly keep up with the folks in the videos.

I took before photos and lots of measurements so it will be interesting what results I get.

P90X is the workout program.
