Subject: Farming Partnerships

St. Gregor, SK, Canada
I've been contemplating about this quite a bit.

I'm a young (21) guy, farming (1,200 acres grain/cattle)& working.

My parents split up, so I don't really have anyone to help with the day-to-day operations... it's quite a challenge at seeding and harvest time.

In other lines of work, you often see people joining together and forming a partnership, heck in the IT sector (where I work / run a business) it is very common.

My machinery isn't new, but it's in very good shape, and quite big for the size of farm - so more acres wouldn't be a problem.

Do you think this is something wise to do?

Thanks much,
Chris
