IMTA and Iowa DOT did a thing today at the I80 scales in Jasper County and continuing at the Dallas County scales tomorrow. Scales open, but no enforcement activities...with the cooperation of several food establishments, they're handing out 1000 lunches over the 2 day period to thank drivers for their efforts.
