west central illinois | The phone call today from a grain buyer at our local rail shuttle offering 0 basis for December delivery corn. Said they were going to need a lot of corn this winter and it would be shipped to Ohio and Indiana as he was receiving calls daily from them because they were going to need corn. Corn from shuttle normally goes to Texas and Mexico. So if we have such a surplus and a big crop coming why are they worried about not having any corn? Hmmmm | |
