What can you tell me about an IT24F Cat wheel loader?

 Supposedly has 12000 hrs. Looks pretty decent except for a few small oil leaks. What are things to look for?

Articulating pins look ok best I can tell.  I did not start it or hear it run but it's being used daily for a few hrs loading feed.

How much weight will it pick up?
