Subject: Black Friday Happenings


SW, Missouri		Family tradition here is that we always work some cattle on Black Friday, usually a group of fall pairs. Today it was a group of 4 & 5 yr old cows and their babies. Calves started coming around the 7th of September and finished a couple weeks ago. The grass pictures are the pasture they headed towards after getting processed, I should have enough stockpiled fescue to make it to mid February (conservatively figuring) on this farm if ice doesn't cover it up.
