Many different types of NOAA satellite imagery data available for viewing. First one upper left, GeoColor , gives spectacular image of continental US in color, day or night. Images are very recently made. Not quiet in real time, but updated very frequently day and night. USA with all the city lights is rather amazing.
Select the 5000 X 3000 px and when it comes up, place your cursor over the picture to zoom in on it and scroll around.
