We have a 2388,  1800 hrs,   2006  excellent condition.  This fall we started it and a coon was in the fan,  ruined the radiator and fan and belt,   My son and I did the work ourselves, parts were $3100.   We had 1000 deductible on insurance, which was fine.  Now they are saying they have to depreciate the combine and take off another 700.   Is this standard procedure.  They did agree to pay us 450 for our labor of fixing it.  Right now we are getting a check for 1373, plus 450 for labor.  This is all new to me.  Would love your thoughts.
