Bloomington and Putnam IL | Have a lifetime friend who let's me "trespass" his cow pastures in exchange for walking a few fields and I always slip him a few Christmas Benjamin Franklins (all others quickly get escorted off by my buddy or his big bad bull) and I took a vacation day and did some hip wading on Tuesday afternoon. Think I caught the biggest small water smallie I ever caught, a bunch of smaller largemouth, some rock bass, maybe the state record redhorse and the big Halloween carp her hitting my night crawlers along with the bass. Creek is very healthy...
