Subject: Antifreeze blowing out of radiator cap

NE ND
1992 Ford F150. Its our fuel wagon. Without even warming up I can lossen the radiator cap and antifreeze gushes out. Pickup has always run a bit on the hot side. New pump and thermostat but still acts the same. Engine runs good. Doesn't seem to burn antifreeze so kind of ruling out a head gasket but I have never experienced first hand a blown head gasket. Any other thoughts?
