Got my shoulder replacement done on Wednesday.  Opioids really screw with my brain; I hope to only use them for a few days.Last night I dreamed that I had run out of medicine because I gave it all to other people, thinking that would make me feel better.  Then I went outside and there were 20 men dressed as Masai warriors, with long spears and shields.  I woke up before I found out if they intended to use me for a pincushion.
