Mid Mo | I noticed one area Monday morning. Scooped it up and pitched Tuesday evening as it was still about the same. Started to water a little about dark Tuesday night and noticed this patch. Water pretty much disolved and left it at that. Wednesday morning, 2nd patch was back and a little bigger.
It's soft and spongie - looks about like spray foam. Any idea what it is and what to do about it?
