Wheelersburg and Lancaster, Ohio | There is a company I do business with that is always slow to deliver. It's has caused me some problems getting things done on the farm over the years. I've always paid as some as I got the bill. This last bill I paid to the day as many days late as they were on delivery. Office people called a couple times to remind me it was late. When I went in to pay I handed the bill and check to the manager. I heard him arguing with the accountant about if payment was late. I didn't pay any late fees. Was I just lucky, did I open their eyes to how I expect them to do business, or did I open a can of worms. |
Slow service equal slow payment.
