Fayette Co, Iowa | I have 2 pens with 34 hd of angus/simm home raised soon to be fats (900 pds) I've never in my 25 plus yrs of raising cattle seen cattle "lick" the water (automatic new poly Richie) and slop it everywhere making a mess... water level is less than half full. And dad says it's probably boredom... is there a way to make them not sit there and just slap there tounge at the water??
