Southwest Illinois | Trying to find the best way to feed cattle from ~450 to finish. Have a 20 cow cow calf herd right now and wanting to expand into feeders. Would creep feeding on small concrete or dirt lots 50 by 120 with a 30 by 40 barn for shelter work or would it be better to build a garvo type barn and feed tmr. Am in Illinois so worried about epa standards in the future. Looking to do 60-80 cows at a time. | |
