| just want so tips from people that have done it, not going to do it right a way but the way dairy is going i can see writing o the wall. right now we have 60 dairy cows, get anywhere from 15k to 30k and month for milk check depending on price so average 20k. what id like to do is transition slowly, like buy some more calf hutches and always keep full of Holstein bull calves at all times. i also have 50 cow beef cow herd that i would like to expand to 100. Just want so idea one how to do it. would like to be out of dairy in 5 yrs | |
