niobrara nebraska | I posted in machinery talk as well, but figured there might be more hay guys over here with experience. I have an old friend from mexico that just purchased a 3430 swather. I have no idea about the engine size but he sent me a pic of the vertically mounted air filter behind the cab. He is thinking someone "deleted" the oil bath portion. It is getting dirty way too quick at the moment. I have to agree due to the fact that it is vertically mounted instead of horizontally. Does anyone know for sure. Those machines are long gone from this area and have no idea who to ask besides making a trip to Deere for him. | |
