Subject: Can grain moisture change in sealed bags?

West Central Alberta Coldest, wettest edge

Measured moisture on some grain I was shipping a while back, and kept samples in sealed ziplock sample bags which rode around on the back seat of the truck ever since.  Measured them again now and they are all half a point or more higher than they tested out of the bin.  Could condensation cause that, or does the grain sweat inside the bag somehow?
