Subject: New Holland LS140 electrical issues

I picked up a 2001 LS140 over the winter for a decent deal. No major issues, but some electrical issues.

The battery light is always flashing on the dash panel, so long as the battery is hooked up. Seat switch is unplugged, seat belt switch is unplugged, even the ignition switch is unhooked. Someone ran a hot wire to the boom control valve, but I unhooked this as well.

I havent messed with too many newer NH skid steers, mainly other brands.

From what I remember..

Seat switch should make the dash light up, seat belt switch should make the drive and boom function.

Seems like there is a relay or something stuck maybe that gives the dash power all the time, but I dont have a wiring diagram.

Any ideas?
