Subject: Chicago to Indianapolis

NW Indiana
I would guess 40% of Indiana's corn and beans are grown in the NW quarter of the state. Taking that drive I'm shocked at how bad the crop looks. By far the most replant I have seen. Yes most of it got filled in but how thin is the rest? It's much worse than I had expected. Can replant still be descent corn? Yes but as of now this area looks horrible. Seems like we have gone in spells this year of abnormally hot and cool both. What spell we are in during July is going to make or break this corn crop.
