Subject: ND and SD soybeans

Northeast Nebraska and Candelaria Philippines
here is the prospective plantings report from march 31st

http://usda.mannlib.cornell.edu/usda/current/ProsPlan/ProsPlan-03-3...

ND soybeans 6.9 million acres
SD soybeans 5.4 million acres
ND and SD total 12.3 million acrs

national soybeans 89.45 million acres

13.75% of the nations beans are in those 2 states.

a large part of ND has received less then 20% of normal rain in the last 60 days.

It's early, but if this trend continues, it could be a major factor worth watching.

I think some soybean calls might be wise incase this scenario comes true. Could see quite a bump in beans
