NE North Dakota | Soil temps in the morning are upper 40s. Corn is yellow and basically stopped growing. Soybeans been in the ground over 10 days have not emerged and ones that have emerged are not growing. We need heat. Somebody turn the furnace up. We have a 20 mph south wind today and usually they feel warm and moist but it is a carhart day. Mosquitos are still not a nuisance yet
