Death comes to us all. Life's but a walking shadow | Question: How much wheat ground, both winter wheat ground not planted and spring wheat ground available is suitable for either corn or soybeans? Another way to ask this question is, how much of the 3.5 million acres of winter wheat ground not planted last fall is suitable (has enough water available) to grow soybeans. And likewise, how much spring wheat ground is really suitable for soybeans or corn, for that matter?
Couldn't some of that unplanted winter wheat ground be fallow? |
