Subject: road tractor again

St.Clair Co. IL.
I'm looking at a '95 Ford trator it has a 3406 cat seems I remember folks saying this is a pretty good engine only need between 300 and 350 hp, short runs, short trailer no need to set any speed records just get me down the road smoothly, what kind of mile life do these engines have? downfalls? fuel mileage?. it also has the 24.5 pilot hub wheels. I'm not a big fan of these mostly because of haveing different spares sitting around can these be swapped out for 22,5 or am I just be petty.truck looks good and the price is in my range
