Posted 2/3/2017 07:15 (#5813428) Subject: Single band NIR vs 5 band NIR, what is necessary, what is overkill?
I am looking to put a camera on my drone to do crop scouting. I want to look at plant health, hopefully be able to determine yield, problem areas, etc. Should I spend the extra money to purchase a camera with more bands of NIR? From what I understand that will be a far more in depth camera, but is it necessary?
